Mechanical Package Manager HVAC - Pharma Project in Blanchardstown, Dublin

Our client, one of Ireland's largest Building and Engineering companies, is seeking a Mechanical Package Manager HVAC for a significant Pharma project in Blanchardstown, Dublin. We offer both contractor and PAYE positions with attractive packages, promising a lengthy career for the right candidate.

Experience & Requirements:

- Background in trade or Mechanical Engineering with a proven track record in managing full Mechanical HVAC installations in Pharma or similar industries, with at least 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Package Manager.

- Ability to take the Mechanical package from the ground to Handover.

- Experience in managing the package team to deliver required package documents, including specifications, design, technical documents, variations, certificates, etc.

- Strong Mechanical HVAC Package Management experience, delivering similar packages on Pharma projects.

- Proficiency in raising, managing, and monitoring Technical Queries and Requests for Information (RFI’s).

- Capable of undertaking surveys to identify scopes of works.

- Familiarity with completing risk assessments, reports, and other necessary documentation.

- Ability to liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure order completeness, spec compliance, and interface with HVAC and construction elements.

- Experience in managing the installation and delivery of M&E coordinated installation drawings to program and budget.

- Skilled in checking and sign-off of coordinated installation drawings for design compliance, good engineering practice, operation, maintainability, and CDM.

- Proficiency in managing site QA in conjunction with the Mechanical Construction Manager, including setup, management, and closeout of files.

- Experience in managing subcontractor activities, tracking progress against schedule and manpower levels.

- Ability to manage HVAC, CDP Specialists such as Sprinklers, BMS, etc.
