Job Title: Telecoms Engineer

Location: The Netherlands (site-based)

Role and Responsibilities:

• Serve as the lead engineer on-site.
• Possess technical proficiency in Telecom/ICT/Security Engineering & Design.
• Understand and apply regulations and design standards to develop Telecom/ICT/Security Solutions.
• Collaborate with project managers to define project requirements and devise technical solutions.
• Develop and agree upon design processes and deliverables.
• Lead Pre-Construction Engineering activities and produce necessary information such as design development, construction details, services coordination, technical submittals, etc.
• Contribute to the improvement of QA/QC Systems and conduct project reviews.
• Offer technical support to the estimating and commercial teams.
• Oversee end-to-end procurement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and coach subordinates.

Qualifications:

• RCDD/CNIDP certification or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with Hyperscale Data Centres or Large Scale Construction Projects.
• Minimum of 7 years of industry experience.
• Preferred, but not mandatory, experience in a team lead role.
• Strong vendor management skills.
