About the Role:
Our client is seeking a seasoned E&I Project Manager to lead large-scale projects in the industrial, petrochemical, energy, and oil & gas sectors. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee large industrial projects with a focus on electrical and instrumentation aspects.
- Engage in high-level negotiations and interactions with clients, managing contractual and commercial matters effectively.
- Lead and coordinate with subcontractors, ensuring adherence to performance milestones and contractual obligations.
- Oversee project teams of 100 to 500 personnel, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ensure projects are tendered successfully with a keen understanding of contractual requirements and cost control.
- Drive project profitability and cost recovery strategies.
Requirements:
- Must hold an EU passport due to visa restrictions.
- A degree or diploma in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. Equivalent experience with a proven track record of professional growth in similar roles is also acceptable.
- Significant experience in managing large projects in the industrial, petrochemical, energy, or oil & gas sectors.
- Strong commercial acumen, with a thorough understanding of project tendering, contract management, and profitability.
- Proven ability to manage senior-level client relationships in a complex project environment.
- Effective leadership skills, with experience in managing large teams and subcontractors.
- Formal qualification in Project Management is highly desirable.
