Role Overview:

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Project Planners to join our dynamic team for various exciting projects across the UK and EU. As a Project Planner, you will play a crucial role in the planning and coordination of large-scale MEP projects in sectors such as Pharma, Industrial, and Data Centre facilities.


-Senior Project Planner - Milan - Data Centre

-Senior Project Planner - Limerick - Pharmaceutical

-Project Planner - Kildare - Manufacturing

-Project Planner - Glasgow/Aberdeenshire - T&D

-Project Planner - Munster - T&D

-Project Planner - Sweden - Data Centre

-Project Planner - Dublin - Data Centre


Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, including engineering teams, project managers, and clients, to develop comprehensive project plans and schedules.

- Utilize your direct experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical) disciplines to create accurate and realistic project timelines.

- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues, implementing necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.

- Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate project risks.

- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for project status updates and reviews.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and best practices throughout the planning and execution phases.

- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and enhanced project efficiency.


Qualifications and Experience:

- Proven experience as a Project Planner with a focus on MEP (Mechanical, Electrical) disciplines.

- Experience working on projects within Pharma, Industrial, or Data Centre sectors.

- Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction processes.
