Turnover Engineers for Pharma Project in Blanchardstown, Dublin

We're looking for 2x Turnover Engineers to join a major Pharma project in Blanchardstown, Dublin, with a leading Building and Engineering company. Contractor roles offer up to €70 per hour for 45 hours per week, or PAYE positions are available. Candidates should have extensive experience in Pharma projects.

Responsibilities:

- Support turnover scope with Engineering, Construction, and CQV.

- Coordinate review of drawings and documents.

- Ensure correct formatting of documentation from Vendors before handover.

- Prepare and support system boundaries for process and non-process systems.

- Manage Completions Walkdowns, including punch item capture.

- Process and prepare mechanical completion certificates.

- Manage Punchlist.

- Ensure sign-offs of turnover packs as per project schedule.

- Prepare Construction Turnover Packages (CTOP).

- Receive and process construction dossiers from contractors.

Qualifications:

- Demonstrable years of experience in Life Sciences environment.

- Experience as Turnover Engineer.

- Familiarity with Punchlists.

- Ability to work independently and under pressure.

- Strong communication and organizational skills.
