Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager for our newly awarded data centre project in Denmark. Our company, a leading contractor in Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation, operates across Ireland, Mainland Europe, the Nordics, and the UK. We undertake projects in various sectors including Pharmaceutical, Data Centre, Healthcare, Education, Commercial, and Power Generation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and agree on staff and operative training plans with the project director.

- Manage site teams effectively.

- Ensure smooth day-to-day site operations.

- Deliver the project within time and cost constraints.

- Conduct monthly team meetings to review project progress.

- Ensure compliance with project plans, material deliveries, engineering quality, and safety standards.

- Carry out audits in line with the design plan.

- Engage in client meetings and weekly progress meetings with subcontractors, focusing on health, safety, and training.

- Oversee cost and sales control in collaboration with Quantity Surveyors and Lead Engineers.

- Monitor work productivity and maintain project control.

- Submit monthly reports to the Operations Director.

- Minimize company risk exposure on the project.

- Ensure compliance with construction industry standards and local authority requirements.

- Manage labor and subcontractor compliance for installation.

- Develop and adjust project work plans as needed.

- Maintain and manage client and stakeholder relations.

- Apply and enforce project standards, audit on-site quality plans, and maintain site EHS requirements.

- Implement effective material stock control and storage systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Trade or Degree in Electrical Discipline.

- Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in data centre or pharmaceutical projects.

- Strong leadership, team motivation, and development skills.

- Excellent people management and subcontractor management skills.

- In-depth knowledge of design and construction processes.
