Project Manager - Pharmaceutical Construction (Denmark)

Award winning Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation (E&I) contractor seeking a highly motivated Project Manager (PM) to join our team for a large-scale pharmaceutical project in Denmark.

Roles and responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated site team, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Meticulously manage project timelines and budgets, achieving all project objectives within agreed-upon constraints.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, motivating your team and fostering strong relationships with subcontractors.
• Ensure strict adherence to all project requirements, regulations, and safety standards.
• Proactively manage risks and implement strategies to minimize company exposure.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress and addressing any concerns.
• Utilize your strong technical expertise to oversee the design, construction, and quality control aspects of the project.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• A trade or degree qualification in an electrical or E&I discipline.
• At least 5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager in the electrical contracting industry, with a proven track record of success.
• Experience managing pharmaceutical construction projects.
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and engage your team.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
