Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) Quantity surveyor -- Data Centre Project

Location: Dublin, Ireland

Our client is in search of a skilled MEP Quantity Surveyor. This role will entail working within & assisting the commercial & construction team to ensure a successful project is delivered, while maintaining relationships, maximizing commercial returns and managing risk.

Responsibilities:

• Feasibility: Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project.
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and subcontractors to ensure the budget requirements are met.
• Manage cashflow for large MEP packages throughout delivery
• Compile and issue commercial reports to the project leadership team for CVR's

Qualifications:

• Have experience commercially managing high value M&E works
• Are proficient in the use of MS Office, with a focus on Excel.
• Are degree qualified and able to demonstrate strong communication.
• Academic and/or Professional qualification in construction related subject. ideally chartered
