Building Information Modelling (BIM) Manager

Location: Cardiff, Wales

We are looking for BIM professionals for an exciting Data Center project in Cardiff, Wales with a leading Building and Engineering company. Contractor or PAYE positions available.

The Opportunity

• Work on innovative projects using your expertise in Revit, Navisworks & AutoCAD.
• Generate detailed plans to ensure efficient, high-quality construction.

You'll be responsible for:

• Reviewing tender documents to identify BIM & digital requirements.
• Analyzing 3D BIM models for construction, clashes, logistics, and cost.
• Creating project plans (BEP, MIDP, MPDT) and keeping teams informed.
• Leading kick-off meetings to finalize the Data Production Plan (DPD).
• Managing MEP system coordination.

We're looking for someone with:

• A bachelor's degree in construction, computing, or a similar field.
• 3-5 years of BIM engineering experience in construction.
• Strong communication skills and experience with MS Office.
• Proficiency in Revit, Viewpoints for Projects (VFP), Synchro Pro, AutoCAD, and Navisworks (3-5 years of experience)
