Position: Electrical BMS Controls Manager - Pharma Project

Location: Blanchardstown, Dublin

We're hiring an Electrical BMS Controls Manager for a significant Pharma project in Blanchardstown, Dublin, with one of Ireland's premier Building and Engineering companies. We offer both contractor and PAYE positions with attractive packages, promising a lengthy career for the right candidate.

Qualifications:

- Trade or Electrical background with a proven track record in managing full Electrical BMS in Pharma or similar industries, with at least 5 years of experience in the role.

- Experience in LV / E&I / I&C is essential.

- Proficiency in overseeing major E&I packages from precommissioning to turnover.

- Expertise in implementing and optimizing BMS control systems.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve high-quality results.

- Previous experience in Pharma projects is highly desirable.

- MEP management experience is advantageous.

- Skilled in completing risk assessments, reports, and relevant documentation.

- Capable of designing, installing, and commissioning building management systems.

- Experience in monitoring and managing various building systems such as lighting, ventilation, security, heating, water, and fire systems through a centralized system.

- Proficient in producing design documents for BMS.

- Familiarity with using software to design digital versions of building management systems based on project documentation.

- Ability to conduct site surveys before installation or after installation to ensure proper functioning.

- Experience in commissioning new BMS software.
