Manufacturing Engineer - Prefabrication Facility Project (Coventry)

Roles and responsibilities

• Identify and swiftly resolve technical challenges.
• Manage internal procurement from initial inquiries to delivery, ensuring proper documentation and oversight.
• Maintain accurate records and efficiently transmit information.
• Work closely with the design team and supply chain to ensure smooth plant operation and successful project handover.
• Track and document site progress against the construction schedule.
• Collaborate with clients, design teams, and other contractors on technical and commercial matters.
• Be prepared to undertake additional tasks assigned by your manager.

Experience/Qualifications Required

• Experience in pre-fabrication engineering
• Familiarity with Building Information Modelling (BIM) software (Revit, Autodesk, etc.)
• Solid understanding of the engineering role
• Strong prioritization and time management skills
• Commercial awareness
• Commitment to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices
• Understanding of team dynamics
