Quantity Surveyor (CSA) - Pharma Project in Limerick

Join one of Ireland's leading Building and Engineering firms for a major Pharma project in Limerick. We're seeking a CSA Quantity Surveyor with at least 5 years of experience. Both contractor and PAYE roles are available with attractive packages.

Role & Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.

- Prepare tender enquiry packages for CSA contracts.

- Identify and report potential commercial risks promptly.

- Experience in estimating, preferably in pharmaceutical or semi-conductor projects.

- Competent in completing BOQ’s and assessing contract documents.

- Manage day works, unit rate work, and contract work, including identifying escalations.

- Ensure compliance with Contract Programme/Schedule.

- Schedule and report on construction progress.

- Forecast and manage cash flow for projects and the business.

- Cost management and reporting.

- Manage subcontractor accounts, valuations, and final accounts.

- Handle contract administration including variations, progress measurement, and final accounts.

- Administer M&E packages.
