To this end, we are seeking an experienced HR Manager | MY who can join our team and help pave the way towards our new goals.


Responsibilities


Recruitment

  • Recruiting and HC control within the management budget.
  • Provide guidance and work with the recruiter on the planning and execution of recruitment strategy.
  • Assist in promoting employer branding to attract talents.

Compensation And Benefits (“C&B”)

  • Work with the management team to handle employee contract management, performance & salary review.
  • Work with the team to conduct a market survey and make it competitive.
  • Seek and set up channels to survey and collect employee opinions, suggestions, and complaints on C&B.

Training and development

  • Work out the annual training budget for approval, handle annual training needs, and design annual training plans for different job levels/positions.
  • Work with managers and HR business partners on performance management matters and ensure proper tracking of performance and documentation in place.

Company Culture And Employee Relationship

  • Work with the management team on the annual communication and employee engagement plan and subsequent implementation.
  • Promote company culture and build up effective communication channels.
  • Develop communication tools and methods to enhance employees’ stability and ownership.
  • Deliver management's direction to employees in the most appropriate way.
  • Ensure a positive employee relations environment through solid relationships at all levels of the company.

Company Strategic And Development

  • Perform diverse assignments involving compensation, staffing, performance management, employee satisfaction, reward and recognition, code of conduct, and organisational design.
  • Be responsible for organisation assessment and upgrading the talent through strategic staffing plans and developing pipeline talent and resources.

Team Management

  • Provide training, management, and guidance to team members in the HR department.
  • Train subordinates to enhance his/her capability and careers.

Office Management

  • Manage the general office affairs with the help of the office administrator.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably major in Human Resources Science, Behavioral, or Psychology.
  • At least 8 years of job-related experience, 3 years of working experience in dept. manager position in a multinational company.
  • Passionate about video games is a plus.
  • Knowledge/Management & Psychology theories/Crisis management/Employment Act
  • Skills: Leadership skills/Communication & interpersonal skills/Negotiation skills/Good command of written and spoken English
  • Honesty and integrity, passion and commitment, analytical, ethical, sociable and thoughtful
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong influence, coaching and consulting skills.
  • Strong leadership and motivational ability.
  • Aptitude for analysing business needs, determining appropriate solutions and/or opportunities and deploy them.
