Position Overview:

The Intellectual Property Litigation group in the New York office is seeking a Mid-Level Associate (Class of 2020-2019) with a background in Computer Science or another STEM field, particularly those experienced in patent litigation.


Candidates without a technical degree will also be considered if they have experience with complex IP matters. Law firm experience and academic achievement are required.


  • Salary Range: $310,000 - $365,000 annually
  • Location: New York
  • Base Salary: Dependent on skills, experience, and other job-related factors in line with applicable law
