Job Summary:
A leading law firm is seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join its finance group. The position is available in the Wilmington, New York, and Chicago offices. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience representing and advising companies experiencing financial difficulties, as well as lenders and creditors in complex business reorganizations, debt restructurings, and financing matters, with a preference for debtor-side experience.
Education:
Bar Admission:
- Licensed to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of restructuring experience.
- Experience at a top-tier AmLaw 100 law firm is preferred.

Pay Transparency:
- The pay rate for this position, if hired to work in New York, is $235,000 - $310,000 per year.
- The offered compensation will depend on factors such as geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience, and overall qualifications.
