Associate Attorney/Senior, Litigation – Los Angeles

Our growing client is adding 2 Associate attorneys to help with ongoing and increasing cases. The California-based Personal Injury Law Firm is growing to support clients in multiple offices. This firm is known to aggressively pursue legal paths, including litigation, in support of their clients. The firm has expanded its staff significantly over the past several years and has no plan to stop growing. They support personal injury and lemon law disputes.

This role is for a junior to mid-level experienced attorney who wants to gain experience and grow within the firm with a focus on Lemon Law litigation.

Salary: $100K - $140K (+ billable) Responsibilities: • Conduct legal research and analysis on a variety of legal issues. • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. • Represent clients in court, including depositions, hearings, and trials. • Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to develop legal strategies and arguments. • Manage multiple cases and prioritize workload to meet deadlines. Qualifications: • JD degree from an accredited law school. • In good standing with the CA bar. • At least one year of litigation experience. • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Experience Requirements: Minimum 3 years of practicing attorney experience post J.D. and Bar.
