Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
  • 3–6 years of experience in corporate transactions, ideally in a top-tier or national law firm setting
  • Prior experience in energy-related deals (power, renewable energy, oil & gas) preferred
  • Familiarity with project finance, infrastructure, construction contracts, or tax equity is a plus
  • Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Texas Bar admission required (or ability to waive in, if applicable)
