Mid-level Associate Attorney - Business Litigation | Product Liability & Mass Torts

Location: Houston

Our client, an AmLaw 200 firm is seeking two associates with 3-5 years of experience to join its litigation and trial practice in Houston:

Commercial Litigation Associate: This role focuses on supporting the firm's industry-leading Business Litigation practice group.

Tort Litigation Associate: This position concentrates on matters handled by the Product Liability & Mass Torts practice group.

Both associates will be integral members of their respective teams, working collaboratively to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to associate development.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree with excellent academic credentials
• Demonstrated proficiency in written and oral advocacy for compelling client representation
• Experience managing discovery processes in litigation matters
• Prior experience at a large law firm litigation department or a civil litigation boutique firm is required
• Admission to the Texas Bar Association
