Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $130,000 – $185,000 (depending on experience)

Benefits include competitive base pay, merit-based bonuses, billable hour credit for pro bono, hybrid work flexibility, and comprehensive benefits.


Qualifications

  • J.D. from accredited law school; strong academic credentials
  • Admission to the California Bar required
  • Minimum 3 years of litigation experience—preferably handling financial or commercial disputes
  • Exceptional organizational and case‑management skills to handle high-volume caseloads
  • Excellent writing, oral communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
