Energy and Infrastructure Transactions Associate - New York Office

The firm's New York office seeks a mid-level associate with experience in energy (particularly power generation and transmission) and infrastructure sectors to join its highly regarded team.
Salary: $260,000 - $365,000
Role Overview:
- Focus on acquisitions, dispositions, and equity investments in projects and portfolios
- Engage in project development and financing work
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and supervise due diligence
- Draft principal and ancillary agreements
- Coordinate with specialists (tax, environmental, real estate, regulatory, etc.)
- Manage deal closings
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school
- Strong organizational, analytical, writing, and verbal skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
- New York bar admission required
