The firm's New York office seeks a mid-level associate with experience in energy (particularly power generation and transmission) and infrastructure sectors to join its highly regarded team.

Salary: $260,000 - $365,000

Role Overview:

• Focus on acquisitions, dispositions, and equity investments in projects and portfolios
• Engage in project development and financing work

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and supervise due diligence
• Draft principal and ancillary agreements
• Coordinate with specialists (tax, environmental, real estate, regulatory, etc.)
• Manage deal closings

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school
• Strong organizational, analytical, writing, and verbal skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
• New York bar admission required
