Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in complex commercial litigation
• Licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois
• Strong academic record and excellent writing skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis on complex commercial litigation matters.
• Draft legal memoranda, motions, and other court filings.
• Represent the firm in court appearances and arguments.
• Manage and respond to written discovery requests.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, dedication and client service.
