Job Description:

As a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal, you'll be instrumental in supporting our legal team throughout the closing and title processes. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate transactions, with seasoned proficiency in closings and titles.  

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and coordinate all facets of Commercial Real Estate closings.  

- Conduct thorough title examinations, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.  

- Collaborate with attorneys to draft and review legal documents pertaining to real estate transactions.  

- Effectively communicate with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders involved in the closing process.  

- Remain abreast of relevant laws and regulations impacting Commercial Real Estate transactions.  

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Paralegal in Commercial Real Estate.  

- Demonstrated expertise in closings and title processes.  

- Strong organizational skills.  

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.  

- Proficiency in Spanish.  

Nice-to-Have:

- Familiarity with additional legal software and tools (Qualia & DoubleTime).  

Location:

This is a full-time, in-office position situated in Aventura, FL. Candidates must be willing to work in the office initially.
