A leading international law firm is seeking a mid-level to senior associate to join its Labor & Employment practice in Los Angeles, with flexibility to be based in San Francisco or Silicon Valley. The team handles a mix of employment litigation, counseling, and traditional labor work for major employers across industries.

What You’ll Do:

  • Represent clients in employment litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage & hour disputes
  • Advise employers on compliance, workplace policies, and risk management
  • Assist with traditional labor matters, including union negotiations and proceedings before labor boards
  • Work closely with partners and clients on high-stakes matters in a fast-paced, collaborative environment


Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • 2–5+ years of experience in employment litigation and/or counseling
  • Exposure to traditional labor work is a plus
  • Strong academic credentials and professional references
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
  • California bar membership (or eligibility to become licensed in CA)


Compensation:

$260,000 to $435,000 base salary, commensurate with experience. Bonus eligibility based on billable hours.


Work Environment:

Hybrid work model with in-office presence expected several days a week.
