Key Responsibilities

  • Represent issuers and their directors/officers in complex civil and securities litigation
  • Handle merger litigation, shareholder class actions, and derivative suits
  • Conduct internal investigations into whistleblower claims, accounting practices, or anti-bribery compliance
  • Represent clients in DOJ and SEC inquiries
  • Develop case strategies and draft substantive motions, memos, and discovery responses
  • Participate in depositions, hearings, and client discussions


Qualifications

  • 4+ years of relevant securities litigation or regulatory experience
  • Strong academic credentials from a top law school
  • Excellent communication and legal writing skills
  • Barred in the state of the applying office or eligible to waive in / sit for the next bar exam


Compensation

  • Base Salary Range: $310,000 – $445,000
  • Performance-based discretionary bonus available
