Commercial Litigation Associate (Mid-Level) - Portland Office

Responsibilities:

- Represent businesses and individuals in federal and state court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution.

- Collaborate with experienced practitioners locally and nationally.

- Manage and participate in complex litigation matters, including discovery, motions, trial preparation, and trial.

Qualifications:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in civil or complex business litigation.

- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and commitment to excellence.

- Excellent academic credentials, references, and advocacy skills.

- Experience with large litigation matters and e-discovery is a plus.

- Judicial clerkship experience encouraged.
