The role offers the opportunity to work with a market-leading derivatives practice representing global investment banks and advising on complex transactions for hedge funds, private equity clients, and registered investment companies.

The ideal candidate will have experience drafting documentation for structured derivatives, enjoy navigating bespoke deal structures, and possess strong communication and deal management skills. This is a high-exposure role with direct client interaction and a fast-moving deal flow.

Compensation:

$260,000 – $390,000 base salary, depending on experience and qualifications. Bonus eligibility based on performance and hours.
