🔍 Position: Event Services Supervisor

Location: Washington, D.C.

Your Role:

As the pivotal force, you'll ensure seamless floor operations, spearhead technology setups amidst the dynamic hotel setting, and set new benchmarks in client service.

Core Duties:

• Operational Trailblazer: Lead diverse teams, from non-union to contract labor, to ensure setups and closures meet premier standards.
• Communication Aficionado: Set clear shift expectations and maintain immaculate logs.
• Client Advocate: Engage in pre-event welcomes, relay equipment insights, and ensure persistent client satisfaction.
• Inventory Guardian: Oversee equipment inventory, highlight discrepancies, and uphold rental quality.
• Tech Innovator: Continually hone technical skills, staying at the forefront of the industry.
• Organizational Maestro: Accurately manage client data within the company's event order system and maintain workspaces that showcase our client's dedication to excellence.

Qualifications:

• A solid 2-3 years in the AV or hospitality sector.
• Deep hands-on exposure to AV, with a focus on live events.
• Tech-savvy: Strong computer aptitude is non-negotiable.
