About the Corporate & Securities Practice

The firm’s Corporate & Securities group counsels clients on equity capital markets transactions, SEC compliance, and corporate governance for public companies, as well as governance and transactional matters for private businesses. The team works across industries, helping clients navigate complex regulatory environments and execute strategic transactions that support their growth objectives.


About the Role

The firm is seeking a mid-level associate with at least 3 years of experience to join its Corporate & Securities team in New York. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated matters at a national level while being part of a collegial, supportive team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Advise on public company reporting, SEC compliance, and capital markets transactions
  • Counsel clients on corporate governance and disclosure matters
  • Support private companies on general corporate, governance, and transactional issues
  • Draft, review, and negotiate documents in connection with equity offerings and compliance filings

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in public company reporting, capital markets, and/or corporate governance within a respected law firm environment
  • Strong academic credentials and analytical abilities
  • Ability to deliver clear, business-oriented legal advice to sophisticated clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range is $260,000 to $390,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Attorneys are also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
