The Capital Markets & Public Companies group advises high-growth and public companies on a wide range of matters, including IPO readiness, public offerings (IPOs, SPACs, direct listings, follow-ons), and ongoing public company reporting, SEC compliance, and governance. Job Description

We are seeking a mid-level corporate associate with 3+ years of experience advising:

  • Public companies on SEC reporting, disclosure, governance, and exchange compliance
  • Issuers or investment banks in capital markets transactions, including IPOs, SPACs, direct listings, and follow-on offerings
  • Clients in the technology and/or life sciences industries (strongly preferred)


Ideal candidates will have:

  • A JD from an accredited law school and strong academic credentials
  • Law firm experience advising on public company and capital markets matters
  • Strong writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Admission to the bar in the relevant state or eligibility to waive in/sit for the next exam


Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range: $260,000 – $390,000
  • Discretionary annual bonus based on performance
