App-Manager / IT Systems Engineer (m/f/d)

Location: Berlin (fully on-site in the Berlin office)

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: EUR43,000 to 50,000

Our client is a dynamic and employee-oriented company operating in the energy sector. They are currently seeking a skilled App-Manager / IT Systems Engineer to join their team in the Berlin office.

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:

1. A degree in IT or a related field of study, or equivalent education.
2. Previous IT System/ large dataset management experience (outside of werkstudent experience).
3. Be able to work on-site at the Berlin office.

Language Skills:

Proficiency in German is required at a minimum of C1. Fluency in English is a plus.

Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Operation and maintenance of the IT platform and associated systems.
2. Managing and overseeing the overall interface, process, and system monitoring.
3. Conducting error analysis and troubleshooting as part of 2nd/3rd level support.
4. Serving as the main point of contact for process-related inquiries.
5. Collaborating with customers and service providers to test new functionalities.
