Our client's team, based in New York, is in search of lateral mid-level associate candidates (class of 2020-2018) with proficiency in both in-court and out-of-court restructurings.
The ideal candidate should have substantial company-side experience as well as a mix of other representations (including representation of creditors and lenders). Additionally, candidates with strong academic credentials, bankruptcy court clerkships and a background in restructuring at a comparable firm are preferred.
Admission to practice law in the state of New York is mandatory.
The starting base salary for this New York position is expected to be between $310,000 to $390,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
