Product Manager/Owner

Work Location: Mont Kiara, KL

(For CSP Global Technologies)

For this role, you'll be reporting directly to the Country Head / Founders' team. Salary and job title will commensurate with your experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage a portfolio of products, focusing on marketing and sales aspects.
2. Actively generate demand programs to increase reorder frequency.
3. Effectively present information to resellers and end-users.
4. Expand the network of resellers through an effective recruitment program.
5. Actively recruit and expand the end-user base through consultancy and problem-solving approaches.
6. Initiate market visits and engage strongly with vendors and resellers to explore business opportunities.
7. Manage inventory effectively and meet forecast deadlines and sales revenue targets.
8. Translate strategy into actionable marketing and business plans.
9. Provide weekly updates on sales and business progress, in collaboration with technology partners.

Requirements:

1. Experience in the Technology or Cybersecurity industry.
2. Mandatory sound knowledge and passion for the Cybersecurity industry.
3. Product knowledge in networking is a plus.
4. IMust be passionate about socializing with people and have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Should be creative and a strong team player.
6. Must be customer-oriented.
