Summary

A mid-level associate is sought to join a finance group. This position is open in the Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, and New York offices.

Bar Admission

  • Admitted to practice in New York (for New York office)
  • Admitted to practice in Illinois (for Chicago office)
  • Admitted to practice in California (for Los Angeles office)
  • Admitted to practice in Massachusetts (for Boston office)


Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of structured finance, securitization, and CLO experience.
  • Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 law firm experience preferred.

Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Other Requirements

  • Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.

Pay Transparency

In accordance with California's and New York City's Pay Transparency Law, the pay rate for this position, if hired to work in California or New York City, is $310,000 - $390,000. The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will be dependent upon various factors, including the candidate’s geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience, and overall qualifications.
