Mid-level Venture Capital Associate

Salary: $250,000 – $345,000

Our client, an AM Law 200 firm, seeks a mid-level corporate associate to join their team. This role will focus on legal matters related to emerging growth companies, venture capital transactions, and mergers and acquisitions.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with emerging growth companies and venture capital transactions (EGVC)
• Admission to practice law in the state of California
• Proven experience working directly on relevant matters at a top 100 law firm (AM Law 100) or with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)

The salary range for this position in California is is $250,000 – $345,000. The final salary will be determined based on skills, location, experience, and other job-related factors, in accordance with applicable regulations.
