Position Overview:

A prestigious law firm is seeking a mid-to-senior level associate (class years 2019-2021) to join its Corporate & Finance practice group in the Denver office. This role focuses on Capital Markets and M&A, offering significant partner and client interaction and the opportunity to take on substantial responsibilities within deal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle corporate transactional work, with a focus on Capital Markets and M&A
• Draft, negotiate, and manage various components of deals independently
• Work collaboratively within a supportive, flexible team environment to achieve clients' objectives

Must-Have Criteria:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in corporate transactional work, particularly in Capital Markets and M&A
• Skills: Strong drafting and negotiating abilities, effective teamwork skills, and capacity to manage deal components independently
• Qualifications: High academic credentials and relevant references
• Licensure: Must be licensed or eligible to become licensed to practice law in Colorado

Compensation:

$260,000 - $365,000, based on experience, with eligibility for an hours-based bonus
