Finance Mid-Level Associate Attorney

Location: Chicago, IL (Other office locations considered)

Position Overview: The firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join the Private Equity group in the Finance practice. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of broad corporate experience, including mezzanine debt experience. Experience with SBIC funds is preferred but not required. While the Chicago office is the principal focus for this position, candidates in other office locations will also be considered. All candidates must be admitted to the state bar of their office location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on a variety of corporate transactions, particularly within the private equity and finance sectors.
• Focus on mezzanine debt transactions and related corporate work.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team across multiple office locations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of four years of broad corporate experience.
• Experience with mezzanine debt is required.
• Experience with SBIC funds is preferred, but not required.
• Must be admitted to the state bar of the office location.
