Mid-Level Transactional Business Law Associate

Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin or Phoenix, Arizona

Overview:

An AM Law 200 law firm is seeking a mid-level transactional associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join its team. This opportunity is available in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin, or Phoenix, Arizona office.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in drafting documents related to mergers and acquisitions.
• Proven ability to conduct due diligence in preparation for transactions.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong organizational, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with both lawyers and non-lawyers, inside and outside the firm.
