Overview:

A leading AM Law 200 firm is seeking an experienced mid-level associate patent attorney to join its expanding national Intellectual Property group practice. This position is available in the Milwaukee, Madison, and Chicago offices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in computer engineering, software engineering, or computer science.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in patent prosecution, strategic patent portfolio management, freedom-to-operate opinions, due diligence analysis, and landscape analysis.

- Admission to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

- Strong academic record.

- Demonstrated skills, enthusiasm, and commitment to excel and develop within the firm.
