Position Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of employment law experience in litigation and counseling
  • Strong background in employment law, especially California state and local laws
  • Top academics
  • California bar membership


Key Responsibilities

  • Advise employers, including early and mid-stage start-ups, on various employment law issues
  • Handle wage/hour matters, terminations, reductions in force, and leaves of absence
  • Conduct workplace investigations and worker classification assessments
  • Prepare and review employment agreements and policies
  • Litigate single plaintiff and complex cases

Compensation and Benefits

Anticipated salary range: $235,000 - $310,000

Actual base salary may vary based on qualifications, experience, education, certifications, and location.

Eligible employees may receive a discretionary bonus based on performance.
