Litigation Associate (White Collar Defense)

Location: Dallas

Experience: 4-5 years (JD '19 & '20 preferred)

Firm: A leading law firm

Key Requirements:

• Experience in white collar defense, securities enforcement and litigation, False Claims Act/healthcare litigation, antitrust counseling and litigation, and internal investigations 
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills
• Collaborative and team-oriented approach
• Experience as a federal judicial clerk (preferred)
