About the Antitrust Practice

The firm’s Antitrust group advises on significant transactional and litigation matters, guiding clients through domestic and cross-border merger reviews, antitrust compliance, government investigations, and complex antitrust litigation. The practice works closely with corporate, regulatory, and litigation teams to deliver seamless, business-focused legal solutions.


About the Role

The firm is seeking a mid-level associate (JD classes 2019–2021) to join its Antitrust practice in either New York or Washington, D.C. This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge antitrust matters, from merger clearance to high-stakes litigation, alongside a team of experienced practitioners.


Key Responsibilities

  • Advise on antitrust aspects of domestic and cross-border transactions, including merger control filings and agency advocacy.
  • Represent clients in antitrust litigation, investigations, and regulatory proceedings.
  • Collaborate across practice groups to deliver comprehensive strategies that address both business and legal objectives.
  • Provide counsel on antitrust compliance and risk assessments.


Key Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of antitrust experience in a respected law firm environment.
  • Background in either transactional antitrust, antitrust litigation, or both.
  • Strong academic credentials and proven analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within teams handling complex, fast-moving matters.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting base salary for this New York position is expected to range from $310,000 to $390,000 annually, with compensation determined by skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
