This is a top Am Law 200 Firm that handles complex, innovative technology transactions for prominent life sciences and technology companies in the U.S. and abroad. The technology transactions group collaborates closely with the corporate group, which ranks among the top for Startup & Venture Capital, IPO, and M&A practices in the U.S., and with the leading life sciences patent prosecution practice.

Job Description:

Seeking associates with 3-6 years of licensing, collaboration, and commercial partnering transactions experience for the growing life sciences technology transactions practice. Ideal candidates will have:

• Substantial law firm experience representing biotechs and big pharmas in licensing patents and collaborating on novel therapeutics, vaccines, diagnostics, and digital health technologies.
• Experience advancing technologies through clinical trials and toward regulatory (FDA) approval.
• Desire to work closely with founders on cutting-edge technologies and negotiate complex commercial transactions.
• Interest in both life sciences and broader tech exposure.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

• Bar admission to the chosen office location (or eligibility to take the next available Bar exam) is required.

Salary Range: $260,000 - $390,000. Actual salary may vary based on qualifications, experience, education, certifications, licenses, and location. A discretionary performance bonus may also be available. Further details on benefits and bonus eligibility will be provided upon request.
