Marketing Executive

Location: Kelana Jaya, Malaysia

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Growth Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy; producing and coordinating the production of compelling content across various social media platforms and blogs, and optimizing SEO and SEM efforts to drive growth, increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and support sales efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Growth Strategy: Develop and implement multi-channel growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Performance Optimization: Analyze data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and maximize ROI.
• Channel Management: Oversee and manage various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and paid advertising.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and high-converting content.
• Customer Insights: Utilize customer data to segment audiences and tailor marketing efforts.
• Reporting and Communication: Provide regular reports on growth metrics and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Malaysian
• 2-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field
• Degree/Diploma in marketing, business, or a relevant field
• Meta Ads certification or equivalent
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities
• Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
