A top U.S. law firm is hiring a commercial real estate finance associate with 2–6 years of experience for its Charlotte office. The role involves representing commercial banks, investment banks, insurance companies, and debt funds in the financing of a wide range of commercial property asset classes.
The ideal candidate will have experience advising lenders on the origination of mortgage, mezzanine, and construction loans, and exposure to loan syndication and securitization. You’ll also conduct diligence related to title, survey, leases, and other commercial property matters.
This firm has a top-tier national real estate finance practice, regularly advising institutional lenders on complex, high-value transactions across all major asset classes. The Charlotte office offers the rare opportunity to do New York–level finance work in a collaborative, lower-cost, and more balanced environment. Associates gain substantial deal responsibility, work directly with clients, and develop expertise across a range of loan products and deal structures.

Base salary range: $235,000 – $390,000, based on experience and qualifications. Bonus eligible.
