Patent Prosecution Associate - Engineering

Location: Dallas, Texas

A leading AM Law 200 firm seeks an attorney with 1-4 years of experience in patent application preparation and prosecution. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong technical background in electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics, materials science, or chemical engineering to join a collaborative and dynamic team.

This role focuses on the preparation and prosecution of patent applications. Experience with semiconductor processing and electronic fabrication methods is highly valued.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics, materials science, or chemical engineering.
• Juris Doctor (JD)
• 1-4 years of experience in patent application preparation and prosecution.
• Strong academic credentials and writing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to read and speak Mandarin is preferred but not required.

The expected salary range for this position is $110,000 - $180,000 annually. Final salary will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, in accordance with applicable law.
