Mid-Level Associate - Asset Management/M&A

Location: New York

Our Client, an AM Law 200 firm, is in search of a mid-level associate (class of 2020-2018) for its New York-based M&A Office. The ideal candidate has demonstrably strong M&A and corporate experience. Prior experience in the asset management or private funds industry, along with a relevant understanding, would be highly advantageous. They will be entrusted with a variety of prominent M&A and corporate transactions involving both publicly and privately held asset management firms. . 

The starting base salary for this position is from $310,000-$365,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
