Position: Channel Sales Manager
Overview:
We are seeking a driven Channel Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be pivotal in building and nurturing relationships with new and existing partners, with a sharp focus on driving business growth for CSP Global. Your expertise in the ICT industry will be vital in enabling partners, fostering lasting collaborations, and pushing the boundaries of revenue generation.
Responsibilities:
- Strategically identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand business reach.
- Foster and retain high-value partnerships through effective relationship building.
- Engage in account mapping with partners to pinpoint new opportunities for revenue generation.
- Inform and train partners on CSP’s product offerings and services.
- Facilitate partner access to end-users through organized product presentations.
- Support partners with proposals, quotations, pricing, and tender documents.
- Analyze sales contracts for legal and financial viability.
- Develop profitable business strategies based on market intelligence and competitor analysis.
- Communicate marketing initiatives and sales promotions to partners effectively.
- Maintain partner awareness of up-to-date product information.
- Drive the full sales cycle, leading opportunities to closure with a value-based selling approach.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure a cohesive solution selling strategy.
- Commit to ongoing personal skill development through continuous learning.
- Manage and resolve channel conflicts adeptly.
- Identify emerging markets for new sales opportunities.
- Utilize knowledge of sales processes and partner engagement to recommend improvements as needed.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in the Sales field, preferably within the ICT sector.
- A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in the enterprise segment.
- A quick learner with a strong drive for success.
- Capable of both teamwork and independent action.
- Exceptional communication abilities.
- A competitive spirit with a hunter-type mentality.
- A self-starter with the motivation and skill to advance deals through the sales cycle.
- Proficiency in engaging with C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
- Experience with cybersecurity and channel management is advantageous.
