Real Estate Associate - Mid/Senior Level (New York)

About the Role:

- Location: New York office

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years

- Responsibilities:

Managing various components of transactions including:

• Lender or borrower side mortgage and mezzanine financings
• Real estate acquisitions and dispositions
• Joint venture deals
• Working in teams and independently
• Direct interaction with clients

Qualifications:

- Skills:

• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication
• Exceptional business acumen

- Experience: Proven ability to manage transactions independently and in teams

- Academic Credentials: Excellent academic background and references

- Licensing: Must be currently licensed or eligible to become licensed to practice law in New York

Compensation:

- Salary Range: $365,000 to $435,000, commensurate with experience
