About the Role: A leading law firm is seeking a highly qualified patent attorney to join its growing national Intellectual Property group. This position is available in the Chicago, Milwaukee, and Madison offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and prosecute patents.
• Contribute to a dynamic national Intellectual Property group.

Qualifications:

• Education: Undergraduate or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in patent prosecution.
• Licensing: Admission to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (U.S.P.T.O.) is preferred.
• Skills: Strong academic record, enthusiasm, and commitment to advancing in the field.
