Job Description


We’re looking for an Assistant Content Manager (B2B) to join our Content team, to drive awareness, customer engagement and brand loyalty for Glints B2B offerings, thus enabling market penetration and positioning Glints as a thought leader in the HR space and the preferred solutions partner for employers.


What You’ll Be Doing


You will be part of a team to define short and long-term content strategies and support the management of a team of content persons. Using excellent editorial skills, end-to-end content marketing, strategic thinking, strong project management, you will orchestrate and oversee content initiatives to achieve the business goal.


In this role, you will:

  • Ensure Glints’ B2B employer platforms are highly discoverable and attract a steady flow of prospects by incorporating SEO best practices during content ideation and creation to function as a reliable lead-driver. In this capacity, with the support of relevant stakeholders, being responsible for all aspects of the website and blog, including tracking and reporting, troubleshooting and site content improvements
  • Be responsible for producing time-sensitive and high-quality content that maintains top-of-mind awareness, gives the business an edge over the competition and is a reliable source for demand generation. In this capacity, content should meet the audience’s expectations, serve as a touchstone for larger high-stakes hero content, and complement product marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure new and current members are up-to-date with the Glints B2B communication guidelines and standards. Also be responsible for sourcing and onboarding a team of writers to deliver outcomes. In this capacity, support their growth by providing mentorship and guidance regarding best B2B practices.
  • Ensure content is compelling, well-researched, well-structured and is written without grammatical & writing errors in English, while adhering to Glints’ content pillars and creation guidelines
  • Contribute to high-stakes marketing initiatives or campaigns by acting as the key stakeholder to develop and execute content ideas with relevant stakeholders, ensure the marketing content calendar is up to date, oversee and produce marketing communication collaterals on time, and leverage data to generate insights for content optimization
